Blair is a BDes(Hons) Interior & Environmental Design student at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, both living and studying in the city of Dundee.

Since August 2014 Blair has been involved in Time To Shine, Scotland’s first national youth arts strategy as a National Youth Arts Advisor for Creative Scotland and Scot Gov. He has further been involved with the Ayrshire Youth Arts Network,  East Ayrshire’s Creative Minds Learning Network and was more recently a member of the youth delegation at the Edinburgh International Culture Summit 2016.

As of December 2016, he is also a Common Purpose Alumni after taking part in the Common Purpose: Kuala Lumpur Student Exchange dealing with issues of leadership, cultural intelligence and smart city programs.
